What is orochimaru vs itachi?

Orochimaru and Itachi are two characters from the popular Japanese manga and anime series, Naruto. Orochimaru is a former member of the legendary Sannin and a powerful ninja who seeks immortality and is known for his experiments and manipulative nature. Itachi is a member of the Uchiha clan, a highly skilled ninja, and former member of the organization, Akatsuki, who is known for his intelligence and strategy.

The two characters have faced each other multiple times throughout the series. In their first encounter, Itachi easily defeats Orochimaru before leaving him weakened. In a later battle, Orochimaru appears to have the upper hand and seemingly defeats Itachi. However, Itachi was revealed to have used genjutsu to manipulate Orochimaru's consciousness and ultimately overpower and defeat him.

Their conflicts primarily stem from their differing goals and motivations. Orochimaru seeks power and immortality, while Itachi ultimately desires to protect his village and clan. While it can be argued that Orochimaru is the more physically powerful of the two, Itachi's intelligence and ability to use genjutsu give him the upper hand in their battles.
